- Cancellations must be advised in writing at least 14 business days prior to the event. An administration fee of 30% of the ticket price will be incurred for cancellations. A refund will not be considered if a delegate fails to attend or cancels within 14 business days prior to the event.
- A substitution may be made prior to the event if the registered delegate is not able to attend. This is subject to approval. Please email Helen Raff at hraff@newtonmedia.co.uk providing all relevant details for the individual attending as the replacement.
- Tickets are only valid for the individual’s name shown on the ticket. Sharing of conference packages is not permitted without advance approval.
- Newton Media reserves the right to cancel, change the date, or alter the content and/or speakers on any programme.
- Registration fees paid will be fully refunded for cancelled events only.
- Newton Media is not responsible for travel or accommodation if an event is cancelled.
